Conceived on 23 December 1970, Amjad started taking in qawwali music from his dad at age nine and joined his dad in front of an audience to perform in 1988 at age 12. He from that point on stayed a standout amongst the most acclaimed qawwals on the Indian subcontinent and performed the world over.
Passing :
On 22 June 2016, Amjad Sabri was assaulted by two furnished motorcyclists when he was going in Liaquatabad Town. The motorcyclists opened flame at his auto fundamentally harming Sabri, a partner and his driver. Sabri was shot twice in the head and once on the ear.The three men including Sabri were taken to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital. Sabri kicked the bucket not long after.

Fakhar-e-Alam said: "We played cricket together last Friday, he was continually grinning … a kind and delicate soul. I can't trust Amjad Sabri has been detracted from us". He additionally said that Amjad Sabri had presented an application for assurance according to his family yet Home division did Nothing. Reporter Bucha tweeted: "Profoundly disheartened by the frightful homicide of #AmjadSabri He was an incredible individual. U will be significantly missed Amjad Sb!"
